Two bells we cannot answer
Said with respect: we cannot see or touch an Amazon order — that is Your Orders on Amazon, where their service desk sits with your parcel on its screen. And we cannot dose, diagnose, or reassure you about a sick animal. That bell belongs to your veterinarian, and after hours to the nearest emergency clinic. A wormy puppy at midnight needs a phone in your hand, not an email in ours.
