Back up the lane
Sometimes a box has to travel the lane in reverse. Every return, like every purchase, happens on Amazon's side of the fence — but a medicine shelf has its own honest map of what comes back easily and what does not, and you deserve it before you buy.
The sealed and the opened
The mechanics are Amazon's standard ones — Your Orders, pick the item, print the label or hand a code to the drop-off counter — and refunds land on the original payment once the return scans. The wrinkle peculiar to this shelf is that opened animal-health products are frequently non-returnable, and sensibly so: nobody wants a re-shelved dewormer of unknown storage history.
